Materials:
-
Diapers
-
Tray
-
Water
-
Salt

Procedure:

  1. Take a nappy and open it.

  2. Separate well the plastic layers and the cotton.

  3. Look for small white grains (like sugar) and separate them.

  4. Depending on the brand of nappy, the grains are either between the cotton or between the plastic layers.

  5. Pile up all the grains you have found.

  6. Add water little by little and watch it swell.

  7. You can weigh the dry grains and measure the volume of water you add to study the holding capacity of the nappy.

  8. The "snow" is ready to play or decorate.

  9. When you want to remove it, add a handful of salt and watch.
