GREAT SCIENCE SHARE FOR SCHOOLS
Great Science Share for Schools (GSSfS) is an international initiative that offers primary school students a unique opportunity to conduct hands-on science investigations and present their findings in short video projects, which will be broadcast through different channels on May 20, 2026.
The Science Museum launches this project in Spain to promote STEM skills at the primary school stage, encouraging younger students to develop scientific thinking, problem-solving skills and interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
PEDAGOGICAL APPROACH
We want children to develop their scientific skills through inquiry, always in connection with the knowledge they are acquiring. To this end, it is essential to teach them to formulate relevant questions, perform simple tests, collect and record evidence and use it to answer scientific questions. These skills will allow them to gain autonomy in their own investigations.
What do I have to do?

FORM
To facilitate the development of the activity, we have organized a training workshop for teachers.

RESEARCH
Develop the research project in the classroom. Students must choose among three major themes: biodiversity, mobility and health.

SHOW IT
Produce a three-minute video in which they will show their research process.

DIFUNDE
Each school can share the results of their research in their social networks, press, online fairs or in face-to-face activities on May 20, 2026 at the University of Navarra.
Key date
On May 20, 2026, all primary school students from the different countries that have participated in the project will share the results of their research.
Training workshop for teachers
We have organized a training workshop where the initiative will be presented, resources designed to support teachers will be shared and the didactic methodology will be addressed.
