A tasty and fun evening in which we will bring together the best of Álex Múgica's cuisine with the science of the museum.
Enjoy a good dinner with friends while learning the science of wine tasting, the biology of txangurro, reversible reactions: why does mayonnaise cut, time or temperature: you have to choose, what is oxidization, the calories in your dessert, why radioactive gin and tonic shines, and much more.
