The Science Museum of the University of Navarra opens a new edition of the urban camps Cienceando, starting June 21, 2023 at the Pamplona campus.
The camps are organized during the summer months and are designed as a fun way to spend the summer learning and enjoying science. Its teaching-learning program has been developed by teachers of Chemistry, Biology and Environmental Sciences. Our monitors are undergraduate and doctoral students in Science, Pedagogy and Teaching.
In addition, the Museo Universidad de Navarra organises the Hi Artist! camps that we offer you so that your children can enjoy a summer of Science and Art.

The camps follow an informal and experimental format. The groups are small and have one monitor for every 5 children. Our goal is to awaken scientific vocations in children and to explore the world of science in a natural environment.
Throughout a week of fun, they will develop scientific skills such as observation, classification, handling of measurement materials, while discovering the basic concepts of science and enjoying contact with nature. Our methodology encourages sensory and exploratory learning.
→ Chemical adventure
Do you want to learn how to make giant soap bubbles, a homemade compass or write a secret message with magic ink, do you want to make objects disappear or change color? In Cienceando con la química we will perform a lot of experiments and understand their why.
→ Urban nature (I and II)
Summer is the ideal season to feed spontaneous curiosity, inviting our children to become naturalists for a week. The aim of the camps is to discover urban biodiversity, investigate how habitats work and why it is so necessary to protect them.
→ The micro-world of insects
This camp allows you to explore the world on a small scale. The objective is to discover the importance of insects, pollination and the environments they need to survive.
